Hi! My name is Olga and I’m here to help you find the confidence you need to feel amazing in your body!
I am a certified, experienced 41-year-old yoga teacher and mother of 2, and I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to recover-whether in your twenties or late thirties, after a natural birth or a C-section.
As someone who has gone through each of the scenarios mentioned above, I believe that having an adequate understanding of the steps and actions that should be prioritized is critical to preventing future complications or unpleasant effects
